Warning!!!! Slimey Used Car Sales Tactics
After the purchase of a 2008 model used car, I was told there isn't a spare key. No problem until they told me I would have to pay $140 for the key and $60 to program it. 2 weeks after paying for a new key I found the original spare key in the CD slot. Sorry, no refunds. I paid for a key I didn't need. During purchase of car I was told there was a "year" of satelite radio with the car. 2 months after purchase the satellite radio goes out. I call sales manager and says the year is from the initialization of the satellite radio which, by the way, was 10 months ago. I asked why I was specifically told a year of satellite radio and not 2 months. The excuse was, "That's standard, you should have known". Don't trust them!!!!!!!
