Best diet ever!!!
I went to Dr. Bharmota to lose 50 pounds. She said I could lose it in two months. I lost 10 pounds my first week. It took me three months to lose 60 pounds but that was because I messed up the diet a little . But I never thought it could be done safely and I still go to her for her amazing shots. I loved the program and would recommend it to anyone who wants to loose weight or just get more energy.
