Have been going to Kenneths in Reynoldsburg/Pickerington for a couple years and have been mostly pleased. However, the consistent lack of professionalism by the front desk staff is bothersome. Had an appointment last week and I won't be back. The Asst. Manager was arrogant, rude and downright snobby to me at both checkin and checkout. No wonder many of the staff are rude that must be the fast track to management. Additionally, my stylist did not cut my hair the way I requested it wasn't even close. I'm finished./P
