Rude manager
I was trying to cancel a credit card and was given this number (apparently mistakenly) by corporate. The manager I got on the phone was extrememly rude to me--cutting me off and giving me an attitude from my very first statement. When I asked her why she was being rude-she again cut me off and denied that she was being rude. She ended up hanging up on me.
Use caution when getting a loan through this company, especially if you dislike rude customer service. I'd think in a down economy like we are living in today, you'd want to help the customer out to keep your job!!!
